Spouse Visa

Post by KAbdelaal » Wed Mar 02, 2016 12:32 am

Hi,
I have been in the UK since April 15th 2014 on 33 month spouse Visa which will expire in July 24th 2016, so I need to renew/extend my visa
I’m I entitled for the indefinite leave, or do I have to extend my spouse visa?

Thanks

Extend - FLR(M).

You will also have to pay the NHS surcharge of £500 online before submitting your FLR(M) application.
