Tier 2 visa extension refused - need your advice

Post by EllaRa » Mon Mar 07, 2016 3:41 pm

Hi everyone!

My visa Tier 2 extension has been refused on 26th February in Birmingham PS due to inappropriate salary.
After my appraisal on 1st March I got a pay rise with required salary my employer provided me with new CoS for a fresh application.
All my documents (except passport) were retained by HO and I am going to apply via priority service tomorrow, attach covering letter with explanation about my original documents.
My visa is expired on 16th March 2016.
My concern is that 5 months ago my employer reduced my salary which was under required minimum and did not inform HO. At the meantime, HR provided me with a letter where placed all details why they didn't inform HO in time, adviced me to make a new application with new CoS and wait for an outcome.
I am applying with one dependant and hope that we will be granted extension for my visa.

Please let me know what are your thoughts guys and is my strategy correct or not?
What will be your advice?
Thank you and looking forward to get your soon respond.
