Naturalisation as a spouse but applied to IRL as SET (O)

Post by AnnaMul » Sun Mar 20, 2016 9:40 am

Hi all,
I am a spouse of BC for around 5 years. Last year got my IRl that I applied as general not spouse. I have been in the Uk for 9 years and 5 eligible for the settlement on tier 1.

Can I apply for naturalisation straight away as a spouse even if my IRL wasn't granted on the spouse application? Thank you. I am actually on IRL for nearly a year will be on 28 May...
