Immigration health surcharge Form Help

I am currently in UK with my husband and applying for FLR (M) visa, I am Indian citizen so have to pay the health surcharge.

I have filled my details on the main applicant and Under my details I have already selected Further leave to Remain - FLR and Visa Type as
Marriage -FLR (M).

the next steps are:

You're joining or remaining with this person in the UK.
Do you have their IHS reference number?
Yes No

I have selected No, as my husband is British Citizen and i don't know his IHS reference number, I don't think he had to pay Immigration health surcharge.

I have filled his details & Nationality the next option is Visa route.

This is where I am stuck.
option to select are:
Discretionary Leave
Further Leave to Remain - FLR
Further Leave to Remain - FLR (O)
PBS Dependant (Tiers 1, 2 and 5 )
Teir 1
Teir 2
Teir 2 and PBS Dependent
Teir 4
Teir5

As my husband is British Citizen I am unsure what I should be selecting.

The form will not allow me to continue unless I fill the Visa route & Visa Type.

Can anyone suggest what I should be selecting, anyone who has filled the Immigration Health surcharge form in similar circumstances to me?
