Guys, please can you give us your refusal in simple terms, rather than "paragraph xd132 of appendix FM. ..." as we don't know what that is lol!

It'd make all our lives easier.. I don't mean be rude or ubrupt.

You need to physically go to your MP's office, take all relevant reference numbers etc, see a caseworker who will contact Islamabad HO, it's the only way to do it.

Just an update, my wife received phone call this morning to collect passport, she has collected passport, with visa stamp. Finally.

Thankyou for you duas, it's been a long long journey, my duas are with all brothers and sisters who are on the journey, may Allah make it easy for everybody. I am travelling to Pakistan on 12th May and returning on 24th May with my wife, inshallah!

Just one point I forgot to mention, we did not have to pay IHS fees after our appeal was successful, as our original appllication was made before the introduction of the IHS fees. I know some members of the forum had concerns regarding this.

@MGH Congratulations, I assume you need to leave in one month after visa is issued.

Thanks for advice I got a letter from MP to fill in a consent form sent that today...

My review deadline is 12th may 2016. If they overturn the decision is the latest date i will hear by or will i hear before? Can i get an update at the moment?

This is an email to confirm that your UK visa application has been processed and will now be returned to the Visa Application Centre for collection.

You will be contacted when your passport and documents are ready for collection. Please do not go to the Visa Application Centre before you have been advised to do so and you are also reminded to avoid making travel plans until you have collected your passport.

Congratulations, you should receive a call by Friday to collect passport, I suspect it has something to do with the intervention of your MP

MP hasn't called/intervened yet because he would receive the consent form today

Aoa to everyone,

First of all heartiest congratulations to MGH and to all of those who has successfully got their spouse visa finally sorted.

Insha Allah all of my prayers are with everyone on this forum specially sister stillwaiting Insha Allah you'll succeed this time Insha Allah.

I don't know seriously what to do about my self. It's been almost 11 months already gone pass today I didn't even have a hearing date till today. Rang the court countless times, contacted the MP so many times, did an Ummrah prayed for everyone and for my self, this situation has affected me so much that I had ended up in the hospital everyone from Pak is saying to me that just leave this country and go back to Pakistan for good and just forget about the fact that I have ever lived here .

Well all I can request from everyone is to pray for me.

Good luck to everyone for your spouse visa application/appeals.

There is no mention of how many days My wife has to travel, just a visa valid and expiry date

I ve just changed my job
And I ve appeal going on
Do I have to update the home office about change or not
Refused because the divorce certificate wasn't there
And payment not showing on the bank statement !!
The truth is all of those documents where there


Anyway any one thinks I should update them about change or not

You do not need to update them on any current circumstances, you just need to address the refusal reasons at court, that's all. If you believe you can then you Should be successful at court, inshallah!

Brother yes I had them with the original application
But they did not bother to check probably

The certificate was there and the payslips and bank statement bbeen there as well


I did send all that document again and highlighted them

Hopefully not till the court

I have not heard anything yet from court. The deadline is 12th may, please make duaa te decision is overturned, even if it goes to court then inshaAllah it wont be a long date

Hello everyone,

Glad to see few people finally got their decision after a long battle well done and i hope the rest of us will have good news soon.

Just a quick question when we apply online got a spouse visa and complete application form online do we need to print appendix 2 financial requirement form seperately and complete it by hand ??? As my friend applied for his wife visa and it was refused on silly reason but they didnt complete the appendix 2 financial requirements form and EcO didnt even mention anything about that in refusal either and refused visa on other grounds like how wedding come to place etc and their was no proof that how and what sort of relationship you guys have enjoyed prior or after marriage.

Kindly can someone please tell me about this appendix 2 financial requirement form as we are waiting for court date will that be an issue in court?

Salam brother it is extremely hard but u have to stay patient inshallah u will get a court date in the next 4/6 weeks
