Hi all Im new to these forums..I was just wanting to know a little bit of info on spousr visa as for I applied in June for my husband and got refused so I appealed and the appeal was overturned and we were told to submit passport and tb test in lahore so my husband did and now we have been waiting over 2 months and have got no reply from anyone what so ever I have tried to contact through emails but have no luck can anyone help??

U should get your mp involved to help speed things up

It's the bhc islamabad that's taking forever just to stamp the visa on the passport and ring us to collect..the worst thing is iv got a 3 year old son and just had another baby on the 4th it's so hard without my husband and it's so unfair on him

I waited 3 weeks after submitting passport after successful appeal, I contacted my MP office, spoke to a case worker, you don't need to see the MP, she called them and we had call to collect passport in 5 days

as what i read was that usually paper hearings decsions are given quicker then a oral hearing around

Paper hearings are normally unsuccessful and they can only go on what is infront of them, so u dont get to argue your point across

when the visa was refused it wasnt because of the relationship, as eco believed the relationship was genuin
it was refused as there was no contact details eg watsapp history viber tango
they added all of it with recent wage slips pay slips western union slips hmrc letter confirming tax is being paid
lets see if it is unsucessful then we shall reapply
as my cousins spouse has done the appeal from pakistan not the sponser

Khan_A why not u call tribunal to confirm whether ur review is upheld
But it can't b possible because eco didn't review cases with April deadline yet as mine is 11 may n still w8ing

I was suposed to be waiting for tribunal court case to given to me as my deadline for review on appeal has passed (16june).. But my husband recieved an email yesterday (24th august 2016) stating my appeal has been overturned and to make IHS payment online and bring passport in.

However IHS payment is not letting me access that online through our online aplication as the website is undergoing some work .. So how do i go about that?.. And does my husband need to book an appointment at islamabad to hand in his passport and a copy of the email?

Also is it best he gets his tb test done now before he hands his passport in so that way he can pass his passport and tb test and ihs reciept to prevent any delays plz somebody let me knw

Im still very shocked and confused i thought i was awaiting court now i have miracle email saying its overturned (which infact shouldnt really have been appealed in forst place) but SubhanAllah i cried so many happy tears..

Now how long til hes issued visa?

Im not to sure how to pay the IHS fee but get the tb test done to avoid any delays

And once passport is handed in, it take anywhere from 4weeks to 4 months

The same happened to me but we are still waiting for my husbands visa to b stamped it's been over two months it's really fustrating because no way we can contact them to ask the progress

Salaam all,

So my wife's case we applied in October 2015 and was rejected January 2016.

Appealed Jan 2016, deadline for June 2016.

Nothing heard so new case and priority service August 2016.

1 day after submitting the case the folder is returned so I was obviously scared.

I get a call from. My wife and the first case has been overturned alhamdulliah.

Bit suspicious that it happened a day after my new case reached Sheffield. Anyway, need to pay for ihs again but cant do it on the visa4uk page so I'll have to email them.

Also as for handing in the passport, they already have it as we submitted a new case! So does anyone know what we do please

this was complicated refused, 1, subsisting relation. 2, acomodation. 3, and eco dont trust my son birth certificate is original.

call home office on 26th and found decision made on 16 aug :/ its been 2weeks and i haven't received my passport back ... no point using priority service these days :@

I hope everyone is doing well here.

My happiness of winning my wifes visa appeal is starting to fade away very seriously as its been almost nearly two months from the date of my hearing that I haven't heard anything back from anywhere.

I try to get in touch with the Tribunal, and they just replied to me bluntly that its not been challenged and now I have to wait for 14 or 16 weeks more to get my wifes visa from the BHC Islamabad.

Can anyone please help me in guiding me through the process that how can I expedite this nerve wrecking process.

Any sort of email contact or any other sort of contact that would help me in achieving this goal would really helpful.

I don't want to go to my MP he's a biggest dearly beloved in the whole Conservative party that I just can't believe from his responses to me. He is just more of an IDIOT and an extremely un helpful person and so is his staff.

Only Allah Knows what kind pain, mental stress and torcher I go through

Please kindly keep us updated on the forum with the outcome of your spouse visa appeals/applications.

I received my call letter after 4 months of court hearing so be patient and just pray ALLAH pak will make it easier for you.

Please try send an expedite request again with a cover letter explaining the reasons why you want to expedite your case.

I did it thrice and they accepted my expedite request on third time.
