I see u submitted passport on 1 sep and collected after 9 days how u do it? did u escalate ur case? or involved ur MP? or chase them? how u do it..plz tell me as my wife submitted on 1august and did not received it back or any update yet she also submitted in Islamabad vac

I tried all the options escalated my case plus involved my MP and send the emails to Islamabad and even made an official complaint about BHC Islamabad and than after four months of hearing date got my call in letter and every time they said to me that after every allowed appeal they need to do some mandatory check which takes a long time in some cases so be patient and wait till 30septemeber inshallah and you will get a positive response.

hope some one can help me. i am waiting for home office letter , and my another baby born 25/08/2016.
now i am going to apply for his british passort ,i want to know what supporting document to i need to submit.
so far i have got ready-
1) overses passport application form and parents contact form as well.
2) baby birth registration from city corporation and baby medical birth certficate as well.
3) our marriage certificate
4) our passport colour photocopy all pages.
5) appeal won ( judge decesion letter)
6)DNA report.
guys do i need to submit any letter.

Thank you.. and sorry, my hearing is in Bradford.. I hear London courts are very busy.. but inshaAllah don't worry it won't be much longer! Just don't lose hope.

If it has expired yes u will need a new one
Passport return can take 8 weeks

1. On 6 April 2015, the UK Government introduced a Health Surcharge payment requirement for non-EEA nationals who apply to come to the UK to work, study or join family for a period of more than 6 months. I appreciate that you may have previously made this payment, however your application was initially refused and your IHS payment was refunded. What you need to do next:



You should be able to access your previous online application and follow the previous link to re-pay the Immigration health surcharge. Once you have paid this, or in the event you have any difficulty paying this please contact us at IHS.Sheffield@fco.gov.uk providing us with your previous GWF number.



2. Once you have made your IHS payment, please take your passport along with a copy of this e mail to the visa application centre where you initially made your application.



3. If you require a TB certificate for travel, please ensure you have this with your carry-on luggage, in order for you to present to the Immigration authorities on arrival.



To prevent any further delays with processing your application, once you have made this IHS payment and submitted your passport please send an e-mail to VisaSheffield@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk containing your name, GWF reference and the amount that you have paid for IHS.

sallam bro https://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-outside-uk this is the link email them and tell evreything and ask them why it delaying then they will rep back to u and ask u some info then they send it relevant department and they will tell u reason why its delaying they will take 7 to 10 working days to rep back to u
