HSMP Extension before Feb 29

Post by Immigrant06 » Mon Feb 18, 2008 5:31 pm

Hi experts,

I have following case situation:

1. I worked in a company from April to May 2007 in a company and have P45 for that.

2. After that I am employed in my own company from July 2007 up to date and am getting income from the two following ways:
a. Salary per month
b. Dividend

3. I do not have yet got any tax return because tax return (P60) will be given in April 2008 at tax year end.

4. As a result, I will provide the following documents/evidences for 'previous earnings'
Salary:
a. P45 from my previous company
b. Salary slips from my accountant
c. Personal bank statements
Dividend:
c. Reference from accountant for dividends (It will include the the whole income in my previous 12 months)
d. Management accounts for the company
e. Company bank statements

5. Are the evidences provided Ok as they clearly show my income as I do not have P60 to show tax paid for salaries?

Best Regards
