Spouse visa appeal

Hye
I received my passport with the refusal due to english language test not took as ukvi...
Now i appealed with new IELTS A1 LIFE SKILL... i m so worried about it
I want to know about how many chances that decision overturend by ECM!
And my case not go into court....
Plz share with my ur expirence i m waiting...

Why have you posted this again after 40 minutes or so? Someone will respond when they are ready and have the answer.

Hi,

To my knowledge, new evidence is generally not accepted in appeals. An appeal should only be lodged when UKVI have made the incorrect decisions from the information provided. It might be an idea to make a fresh application as an appeal can take up to 1 year and in the end the outcome may not be what you wish.

Yea.. How many time takes for ECM review? I m just waiting what will his decision... If it will overturn thats great if not i will make new application
