Financial requirements for fiancé visa

Hello everyone! hope all the applicants here will get a good news soon. I applied spouse visa month of may and im still waiting for decision fingers crossed for me. Anyway my sister will apply her Fiancé visa soon. I have a quick question regarding financial requirements.

They will apply under CAT A, her fiancé is permanent worker and fix contracted to do 48 hours a week, (12hours a day) and he get paid weekly. in his employer contract rates basic xxx/hour, aside shift allowance, holiday pay. To make sure they wont confused the eco i just wanna ask if is he salaried? Or non salaried? Thank you

If he receives fixed wages then he is on salaried route and if his salary varies each month then non-salaried person. Moreover, for CAT A he should have been with his present employer from 6 months.

He is confused because some says salaried are paid monthly. His are paid weekly. Thanks seagul i'll show this message to him. Thank you!
