Hi. I have my brother in law in Canada ( Winnipeg, Manitoba) and all of us planning to move to Canada from UK. I am British national and wife hold ILR

we recently visited Canada and would like to move there ( just for the sake of having family together and look after parents)

whats the quickest way we can get PR ?

My understanding is that you cannot just arrive as a tourist. Do some research first from the link above.

You do realise ypur wife will lose ILR if living outside the UK for 2 or more years.

Manitoba has a lot of provincial programs for settling there, specially when you have family there.
Explore those and it might work out well for you.
