going to standard route was a bad choice, could have paid more and have peace of mind

I would PM but I cannot use that facility and neither could you I presume as we are both new users.

As I am also switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 I just wanted to check, were you informed of the approval on the 12th and then received the documents basically two days later or was the approval letter just attached with the documents (and then stating then 12th as the approval date)? As my application should pass through roughly at this time I want to know what to expect as I still haven't received my approval letter
