Tier2 Dependent running on Sole Trader Company & starting a new full time job

Hello

I`m holding a Tier2 General sponsored visa which expires in 03/2020. My wife is a dependent and holds Tier 2 dependent visa.


She has been running a sole trade company for the last 6 months on e-commerce business.
Apart from that she will start to work on a full time basis in a company end of Feb/2018

My initial assumption was that if there are no contractual issues between her and her new company it would be fine to run the sole trade company.

My question is , do you think there would be any implications from immigration side of view when someone owns a sole trader company and work on a full time job with Tier2 dependent visa ?

No issue. She must make sure her tax affairs and HMRC record is in order.
