Are EU Citizens Settled Workers?

Hello guys,

I just joined the forum today and hope this is the right place to ask the question:

For the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension purpose, are EU citizens categorised into settled workers that meet the criteria? I have searched the forum and have got contrary answers from a post back in 2013 where some said only British citizens count.

Would really appreciate it if someone has the knowledge/experience can help.

Just search for Settled Worker in the guidance document. You will find relevant references in Pg 51 and Pg 56
