Applying for tier1 Ent ILR and PBS dependent for wife in the next week

Please check the below documents and let me know if I missed any thing?

Main applicant:
Application form set (o)
Passport copies and BRP
life in the UK test
masters degree certificate from UK
Marriage certificate

File 1:
CT41G
CT600 for year 2016-2017 (Covering August 2016 to July 2017) because my account was not submitted the 2017-2018 accounts. Need current year or previous one is ok?
VAT certificate
company incorporation certificate
current appointment report with filling history and paid invoice
Business bank letter confirming sole signatory and latest 1 month business bank statement

File 2:
Account letter for net creation of jobs
NEP1 letter from HMRC confirming PAYE reference
RTI FPS submission and logs
employee ID's

Payslips covering employee 1 (April 2017- March 2018) and employee 2 (April 2017- December 2018). Hours 130 on every month

my wife is not working, we need to provide any kind of proof of income for myself or my wage payslips or self assessment/account letter?

Its fine. Although you don’t have to wait till deadline to submit if ur accounts are ready!
CAR with filling history
Business bank letter confirming sole signatory and latest 1 month business bank statement.
Either or is sufficient.

Account letter for net creation of jobs
Did you join a new business?
NEP1 letter from HMRC confirming PAYE reference
RTI FPS
employee ID's
Payslips covering employee 1 (April 2017- March 2018) and employee 2 (April 2017- December 2018).

No. But you are a paid director?

Is it ok to pay visa fee for myself and PBS dependent plus IHS fee from business bank account or better to pay from personal current account.

Sending my latest business bank statements for December 2018 to January 2019, It will reflect on statements. I don't know its allowed to pay from business account for myself and dependent fee?

No.. use ur personal bank account only.
If ur hard up then take a directors loan..
Any bank statement will do.. within 3 months is appropriate. A business bank confirmation letter will suffice as well...

Not sure its a mandatory document or optional

anyone received there visa without submitting payslips/personal bank statements under Tier1 Ent ILR

When submitting online application asking to submit below documents:

1) Companies House documentation to demonstrate your registration- Company incorporation certificate?

2) Life in the UK Test pass notification- Pass certificate

3) Other evidence of Mr XXX reasons for absences from the UK- What evidence to support absences?

4) For members of a limited liability partnership - a printout from Companies House of the partnership's filing history page and of a Current Appointment Report to show that you are/were a member of each partnership for the period- CAR with filling history

5) For directors of a company - a printout from Companies House of the company's filing history page and of a Current Appointment Report to show that you are/were a director of each business for the period-CAR with filling history

6) Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mr XXXX for joint accounts or third party support- Address verification documents in joint names council tax and utility bills (Mandatory or optional)

7) Real Time-Full Payment Submissions- FPS submission reports and logs

The degree certificate for Mr XXX to prove the level of English language required- Masters degree certificate

9) Evidence of Mr XXXX immigration status in the UK- BRP card?

10) Declaration signed by MR xxx to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks-

11) Current Biometric Residence Permit

12) Documentation to prove the employee was a settled worker for example, the biometric page of a British passport showing the employee's photograph and personal details- employee ids

13) HM Revenue & Customs documentation to demonstrate your registration- CT41G, NEP1 and CT600

14) Wage or pay slips to cover total period of employment created for each worker- Employee payslips


Please anyone let me know what documents to submit for questions 3, 6 and 9

No evidence needed. You can take a blank paper and write “No evidence needed” and upload to tick the box

consent form is mandatory. You have to sign the relevant parts and upload it with your documents
