I would reapply.

Note also that the Ihs fee is doubling on 8th January.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have made a formal complaint to home office and Mp to look into it for reconsideration. If it wouldn’t work I shall take a test and reapply. I shall update you on the outcome of complaints too.
