Tier 2 to ILR and Compliance Visit

Respected Experts,

I applied for ILR on 30th Oct 2018 at Croydon office. However, due to 6k annual salary increment they hold my file for further checks.

15th November 2018, there was a compliance visit held and he took my 2 hrs interview and 4 hrs my manager's interview.

13th December 2018 , My manager got an email that they will keep my company in A rated list as they are happy with our documents and my salary increment's justifications.

Can anyone confirm how long i could have to wait to get my ILR? or there is still anything to worry?

(By reading same case thru this channel i found out they normally take 2 to 3 weeks after + response).
