After PR for EU and Non-Eu spouse apply for Naturalisation

Hi i have PR card for me and My Non Eu Family, the Home office send me the latter with PR card Dates 2007/2018 on the latter where they write. when did I acquire permanent residence?

in the box they write date 30 January 2018.
1) what is the meaning of this date.
my family inter in UK with EU Family visa from Pakistan 30/01/2013
then I apply for five year and then PR card
2) when I can apply for Naturalisation of my Family,
3)what I need to send
4)can I apply on line
5)the fee of Application each person I have 1 kid of 12 other is 9 and my wife
6)any other thing & information about when I can apply for British citizenship

It would appear you can apply from the 30.1.2019.

can I do On line and send them my documents by Post ??

The submission channel (UKVCAS or post) has no bearing on the processing and outcome of your application.
Online should be preferable because you will retain all your originals including passport and PR card. If you apply by post you will have to send those in original and it may take months to receive them back.

Hello I have to ask you very very impotent question
My son is 4 and 1/2 he born in UK He had 5 years EU biometric residence permit but after i have the permanent card in last year I apply for him British Citizen 20 September 2018 we got his naturalisation certificate,there was a latter
I did not read that latter that was asking me to send me the BR back ASAP,
Now I am trailing to Portugal tomorrow all family but can I flay using My BR O I can use naturalisation certificate, for Travel he have vales Pakistani Passport.do you think we will have Problem in the
airport Because some one told me that my son BR is no more valid after I have the Certificate of British Citizen but the BR card is valid Until 2022
please help me can I flay and come back

Not sure if airport companies check the validity of BRP card, I think not..
That means you should be able to get onto a plane back to the UK, where they will let you into the country but confiscate the BRP card from you.

sorry to disturb you again I don.t Mind if they confiscate my Son BR card But I want to Know If I can come back to the UK and no Plenty charge On me no no bad thing on my son Documents for his nationally

Confusing - your child is EU citizen? EU citizens don't need/have biometric residence permits - so nothing to return. Child has a British and/or Spanish passport? If so no issue at all. The card you have is cardboard (tri-fold)? No need to return.
