Passport application form filling date

Hi,

I will attend my citizenship ceremony on 6th of March. While I was preparing my application documents , I misunderstood process and I filled passport forms at the same time and my passport reference also signed them . Therefore my passport application form is dated for November.

Would you advise to re-fill the form to have an up-to-date date ?

Have you considered applying online on March 6th?
