Hi
I have a question ,

My son is on dependant visa which expire sep 2019 .
My wife is on ILR and she can apply for naturalisation on 4th of july 2019 .
I am (father ) got British citizenships two years ago.

Can i apply for my son for naturalisation without going to ILR using MN1 form ? Under section 3(1) say child born outside uk whose both or one parent is british can apply .

Or i should apply for ILr first .

Please help me with answer .

Children born abroad are expected to hold ILR.
