Previous earnings -Salary slip only for 9 months

I took a 2 months break before joining the new company. Now I have only 9 months of continuous employment.

can I provide only 9 months of salary slip and claim points ? .
Should I need to wait for another 3 months ?

Please note I can claim 45 points in my 9 month earnings .

Can you please answer my query ?

From FLR Tier 1 guidance notes:


71. Applicants are not required to be in continuous employment
during the 12 month period being assessed.

72. Applicants may claim for a period of earnings of less than 12
months.
