FLR(M) premium visa upgrade help!

Hi

I submitted an online FLR (M) application a couple of weeks ago and I chose the standard service (biometrics done at the post office and sent supporting documents by post). But then I found out the I need my visa to arrive sooner than the expected completion date (8 weeks) and I want to transfer my postal application to be to a premium one

I had a look at this link and I am not sure if the upgrade is possible now that the premium centres are closed

It seems like now you can only get fast desicion at the time of application submission. Am I right? Is there a new way for service upgrade? Can I upgrade through UKCVAS?

I have been following this thread since I submitted my application. It looks promising that many got their BRPs within 6 weeks!
