wife's application as spouse just got ILR

Post by safuri » Sat Mar 09, 2019 7:42 am

Good morning to all members of this forum.
I have been a silent member but learning so much here.
I just got my ILR yesterday after 20 months of applying for my Tier1 Ent.Extension which I later varied to my ILR as I clocked 10 years last October.

When I varied my application, my wife changed hers using the FLR FP form.

I want to find out if she will need to change her application again now that I have my ILR. She used the FLR FP form as she does not earn up to the stipulated 18,600.

I will appreciate responses from all the gurus in the house.

Thank you

Don't you have any income? Joint earnings qualify for the £18,600 p.a income level.

Has your wife's FLR(FP) application been granted? Did she apply under the FLR(FP) partner route?

@Casa

Thank you for the response.

No I do not have any income asides paying all the taxes and all as the business has bèen tough so thats the reason why she will use her own income.

Yes she applied for FLR FP when I varied to my ILR.

Her FLR FP application is yet to be granted.

Your ILR doesn't change anything. Your wife will have to wait for the decision on her FLR(FP) application.
