Dear All

I just applied by check and send for first briitsh passport for my 9 year son. declaration is signed by me , father .

But the lady at postoffice didnt ask for birth certificate showing mom and dads name ? so we sent form without birth certificate . is it required? do I have to send birthcertificate ? if iti is mandatory , how can i send it now ?
