I think you should be fine on Long Residency visa to ILR, if it is Tier1, it will reset your time

That’s what I mean, you should be ok since it’s LR, PBS routes have specific rules and once you change from other routes to PBS or visa versa, it reset the clock. But for LR, I think it’s ok

PAP Reconsideration

Post by pusm » Thu Oct 17, 2019 7:40 pm

Hi

I applied Set LR last December 2019 but they refused due to previous TIER 1 ILR 322-5 without appeal right . Then I applied PAP and home office agreed to reconsider the refusal decision and noticed the PAP has concluded .

But now it’s over 5 months from the reconsideration letter but no updates from them

Dear members any help please

How can I find out

Your help appreciated

Thanks

Hi,

Tier 1 employer tax issue.

You mean the Paye Tax or corporation Tax ?

Was the Paye Taxes and corporation taxes updated when you applied?

The op was on tier 1 GENERAL and NOT tier 1 Entrepreneur.
