Spouse visa bank statements do not match pay slip date

Hello i need to apply visa for my wife i satart full time work 1 oct 2018 and in my bank wage came 1 oct and on payslip showing 8th Oct and next wage came 8th oct and on payslip showings 15th oct its any problems because on payslip dates 1 week forward please help me

there is no problem about the dates but the payslip amount should be match with bank statement.
