T1 Ent Initial application after 29th March 2019.

Hello,

I am planning to apply for TI Ent visa under £200k from India. Currently i am in the UK on Tier 4 dependant visa, but i want to change my visa in order to do business here.
As heard from sources, there are changes to Tier1E visa from 29th March 2019.
My business plan is that I have NGO registered in India which works with women who makes hand woven carpet. I want to start a studio in the UK, is this type of business eligible under Tier1 Ent category. I hold masters from the UK already,but don't have business experience in the UK.
I will be registering as the director of the company and employ 3 to 4 people.
My money is in UK account for more than 90 days, is that alright?

The route will be closed to initial applications on 6 April 2019 so you have not much time if you want to apply.
There is no such restrictions to apply for Tier 1E however you need a credible business plan in additions to your funds.
