Highly recommend the super priority service. We found the staff at manchester Central Library excellent, organised and very friendly. We were in and out within 20 minutes (we had uploaded all documents prior to visit)

Quite impressed with the new system. Easy to keep track of and upload supporting documents, my documents were reviewed for readability/file type/category a few days before my appointment and the biometrics appointment went very smoothly. Worth the extra money for the expedited decision as I'll make the money back and then some by being able to start working earlier. The only reason it took two weeks is because I couldn't get a Sopra Steria appointment any earlier. The decision itself after the appointment was FAST.

(Yes, long gap. I was under the impression that I could enrol biometric at any later date after online application and wasn’t aware of 15 working days limit.I booked an appointment after online application submission however chose an appointment date for a far future date matching my husband’s annual leave so that we both could attend the appointment together. Then I was sent a reminder after 15 working days that I now had 10 working days to enrol my biometric.Luckily 18 Feb was within this 10 working days limit.)
