To get Tier 2 General visa, I had to pass IELTS exam by minimum achieving 4.5 band/score.. I scored 6 IELTS band/score... it was used/accepted by Home office for my Tier 2 General visa.. now if i apply for ILR, can i use the same 5 years old IELTS certificate? and also for ILR what IELTS band score is required?

You can only use an old expired test if it is a test on HO approved test list at level B1 AND it is with a test provider that is still on HOs approved test provider current list.

So just to clarify, if i wanted to apply together, for all 4 of us we can apply through one account/application. but as i m more interested to apply on priority service so i can apply separately and my wife and 2 kids can apply by separate application so 2 applications can be submitted in this situation.

Yes. If you all apply together I am not aware if the payment system will give you option to split the super priority and standard services. Its better you keep one account for yourself and best to use the start of 28 window and go for super priority. Once you get your ILR/or waiting you should apply for your dependents before visa expiry anyways. Keeping them on separate account will make it easier to choose standard service for them.

If you all apply together, the same “main applicant” account will let you add more applicants. For example, dependent partner, dependent children. If I am not wrong the payment system will give you two options either standard for all, or super priority for all and an aggregate total sum you would have to pay accordingly. I am not sure if you will be able to split the super priority for youself and standard for your dependents. As far as I am aware, the payments section gives an aggregate of total sum to be paid.

You can use old IELTS only if it is still on the approved list. Check “prove your english” gov link. Google it. You will find out.

first i 'll introduce myself.. i came in uk on tier 2 general visa... in 2014... stayed with single employer who sponsored me.. going to apply for ILR soon...

i have 2 kids and wife... who are on my dependent visa.. travelled and lived with me since 2014..

Q2. As you know, you can only apply through online application for ILR... do i need to create separate accounts for my dependants or add my dependants in my application only would be enough?

Q4.. if priority service charged based on dependants also means individually, then i m more interested to apply in priority service, so in that case, i will not mention my dependants? and my dependants will be applying separately through their own accounts? or how it would be.. sorry little confuse about it..

About Q4 you said you not clear, i just put up a scenario, i myself needed to apply on super priority basis and my dependents can apply on standard basis... so in this case. i 'll not add them as my dependent in my application (as if i do, i 'll have to pay for that right away in super priority service?) if i dont add them , for all 3 of them, would the apply through seperate applications? how would we link our applications?

This is my understanding. If you want to apply for super priority its best to use the 28 days window and apply in the start. So highly likely you will get the visa in 24 hours (or sooner). You can then apply for dependents on a separate account given you apply for them before their expiry of visa. The form asks details about the main applicant so it will be linked.

1) The question is asking OUTSIDE UK. So no UK visits. Plus visit is not “living” anyways.

Where does it even ask for a scan copy of the ID card?

Urdu or English your Pakistani citizenship number remains the same. Simply state the NIC number.
