Advise regarding eu benefits

Hello respected members hope ur all ok
My issue is I jus got married and my mrs from Romania and myself from Pakistan
Question is we want to apply DSS benefits plus she has one child also my application with the homeoffice and it’s been 1 month now since I submitted so shall we wait for the decision or still we can apply for benefits does it effect on my application while we apply benefits now plz give ur valuable advise thanks

Yes it does effect, after you will get your outcome straight away apply for EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME and after the outcome then apply for benefits.

If respected senior members can shed some light and please correct me if i am wrong.
