Have you reviewed the Good Character caseworker guidance?

If you declare unlikely any impact - if you don't you may be asked why ....

Any parking ticket even if that is not taken to court?

Parking Tickets and Fixed Penalties are there to avoid the courts having to deal with minor infringements.

You do not need to declare parking tickets or PCNs. FPNs only affect you if they many were issued in a short period. 99% of the parking tickets are not issued under your name so there is no record of you personally being attached to a parking ticket.
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice
