Post by Online_111 » Sun May 19, 2019 8:16 pm

Hi . I have indefinite leave to remain and my wife and 1 son on spouse visa came last year in the UK . We had a baby born in UK last month as well. I need to find out which visa do I need to apply for my UK born baby ? And which form do I need to fill in and how much is the fees ?
Your help is much appreciated.
Thank you

If your baby was born after they granted your ILR, then baby is automatically British. Else, baby is entitled to register.
