BN Good character and inadvertent overstayer

Post by BigMo » Fri May 24, 2019 9:36 am

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone had experience/insight into how HO approach inadvertent overstayers for good character purposes? Particularly interested in instances of in-time applications rendered invalid and returned, with visa granted on subsequent out-of-time applications (application re-submitted within the overall 28 day window from the previous visa expiry).

Any thoughts/insights will be much appreciated.

Cheers
