Days outside the UK

Hello,

Nowhere can I find whether the counting of days spent outside of the UK depends on:
- proof of continuous residence with letting agreements/bills
- declaration and list of all the trips outside of the UK (for holidays or work)
- evidence of said trips with booking confirmations or actual tickets (which I do not have)

I want to collect all the paperwork necessary before I start my online application.

You simply need to state and list your absences in the form. No evidence of absence required.
