Hi all hope someone can point me in the right direction.My wife will be applying for a spouse from Russia Moscow and we wanted to to know if we could upload the documents in Moscow or do we have to send them all to Sheffield as we are worried about the delivery of the documents.If someone could help Please.Thank you
