Driving licence points affect on naturalization

Hi, I’ve 9 points on my driving licence . 3 for speeding and 6 driving without insurance . Both were issued by fixed penalty I didn’t go to court.
Do I have to wait 3 years or 4 years to apply for naturalisation?

FPNs often do not affect the good character but the case worker can refuse your application for driving without insurance as it is treated as a serious offence
