Help with Dependent question

Hi All,
I need help to answer the below question in British Citizenship online application.
Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?
I have a spouse who is Non-EU, still on FLR(M) visa. So in this case, what should answer of the above question, please?
Yes or No?
