Can Anyone please tell me hoe to request 10 years employment history and how long hmrc takes to respond:

email address or online form if shared will be appreciated.

and if i have to request through the email what info should i include in the email

For 10 years you are probably going to require this form: https://www.gov.uk/get-proof-employment-history

If you call them, they can go back up to 5 years usually.
