Dependent Visa Queries (Urgent Help Needed)

Hello All,

My wife is currently working in UK as Registered Nurse. Her CoS was issued in 2017.

When i am applying for dependent visa now, i have been asked to provide my wife's sponsor licence number, when i enter the number which is available in CoS, i was getting error messages. When contacted NHS for the correct sponsorship number, we were provided with new licence number and mentioned it has been changed and new CoS cannot be generated with new sponsorship number.

So i tried filling my form with new sponsorship number, we are able to proceed with next section of the form. is it okay to proceed further or should i obtain any additional documents with respect to this?
