Applied KIDS Naturalization and their Visa expiring

Post by Explorer2018 » Mon Jul 15, 2019 3:02 pm

Dear Moderators,

Myself and my Wife got our ILR in May and then applied Naturalization (MN1 form online) for our Kids (born in UK) on 15th May. All documents were submitted a week after via Croydon Sopra S center.

I am still awaiting their Naturialisation certificates but meanwhile their Visa is expiring in Aug 2019.
So question is that If they don't receive Naturalisation till then; does that mean they will be as over stayer? and I should apply for their ILR or, I shouldn't worry because I have made their Naturilsation application already.

Many thanks if someone can guide quickly.

Thanks

does that mean they will be as over stayer?
UK Born children have an entitlement to register and do not need a valid visa.
and I should apply for their ILR
No.
