Children Application

I read somewhere that separate forms from mine need to be filled for children but that seem different from the provision online where I could add them on my form.

If applying online do I need to create three profiles such that their application goes on a different form?

I am slightly confused about this, kindly guide me.

You can add them in your own application for naturalisation (AN) when applying
