For your wife's FLR(M) extension she will need A2 level English which is on the Home Office approved list of tests/test providers.safdarj wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 9:48 pmHelllo All,
I need your help.
I need to apply for spouse visa extension in 3 months time so need to know what exactly is required.
do i need to apply online now ??? can you please explain process as i need to post my application,
I did basic English test A1 so do i need to take the test again A2?
do i need to pay for health care again ??
We are blessed with 2 kids so do i still need to prove co-habitation ? if yes then i dont have any joint document for now so what is the solution for this problem ?
i know about financial requirements so if someone please answer above that will really help especially for co-habitation thing ?
Looking forward to hear .
Thanks
Also remember that doing B1 ielts life skills which is almost same like A2 in preparation & cost wise will be more beneficial at present and in future too without sitting again for B1 test which is needed for ILR.
Yesdo i need to apply online ??
IHS increased to £400 per year in January, so for a 2.5 year visa it is £1000.£1000 for NHS ?? i dont get this as this should be 200/yr which should be £400 for the whole period?
If you have 6/12 months of payslips and employer letter then p60 is not needed. Bank statements are mandatory
P60 is a financial document can also work as proof of cohabitation.
If you add your name now then it will only fill the gap from now onward while leaving the previous gap. But apart of utility bills and bank statements you can attach any document which shows your name, address and date such as car insurance document, dvla letter, national insurance letter, mobile bill, hospital letter, tesco clubcard, new sim letter, p60/p45, medical prescription, and so on. Search your room/cupboard you will find a lot like them.
