Child's british citizenship application

Hi, I have recently received my ILR. I have two kids both born in UK.

1. The elder child is 7 years old and currently has my Tier-2 dependant visa up to apr-2020.
2. The younger child is just 1 year old and does not have any kind of passport or visa as we did not move out of UK.

What is the procedure to apply for both of them's British passport or naturalization?
