Passport interview

Hi,
I have just attended my ceremony and got my naturalisation certificate.I will fill my passport form but a bit confused "Certificate number" section 5.One of them say "Cetificate no" and other one on the right bottom side of the paper starts letter "C" and has numbers.Can you help me which one should I write on the passport application form as certificate number,please?

The certificate number is very clear. Ignore the serial number in the right corner

It clearly says 'Certificate Number : xxxxxxxx' at the bottom left.

After naturalisation,I have applied my first passport from the post office(check&send) service today.The lady said there will be interview and I will have a letter about it.Is it certain and new thing or possibility?

Interviews are random and rare these days.

The post office staff are not hmpo employees either and their "advice" likely outdated. You could however be called for an interview if hmpo deems it necessary.
