Naturalisation application form

Hello, I just want to ask something regarding naturalisation online form. They ask about parent's names and place of birth. If one of the parent has passed away, I should send his death certificate? Because I can't pass further if this is doesn't not completed.Thank you!

Is the online form asking for parents death certificates if parents name or place of birth not known?

Enter their details. The system will not ask any evidence from you regarding them unless such evidence is required is to establish your entitlement to British citizenship
