Am I correct in saying that she can still apply for her spouse visa, while her visitors visa is still valid?
Thanks in advance.
Spouse visa doesn't falls under pbs system and there is no tier attached to it.Edinburgh9 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 17, 2019 5:48 pmMy wife will apply for a spouse visa from Indonesia shortly.
Can anyone tell me if a spouse visa has a certain Tier attached to it, or is a spouse visa separate from any Tier?
Thank you in advance.
What documented evidence of sole responsibility does she have apart from the father's letter giving permission? Is there a Court consent order? Has the father played a part in the child's upbringing?Edinburgh9 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 17, 2019 7:24 pmShe has informed me that she does indeed have sole responsibility.
