so after the successful admin review UKVI do not follow 8 weeks timeline or do they? Also should I contact them about it or not, please share your opinion.

I recommend you not to contact them, if they take long you can take some advice from your solicitor and contact them

I received my visa approved on 19th September 2019 dated on 17th September 2019 after giving interview on 31st July 2019.

My Timeline:-

Applied on 27th March 2019
Refusal on 1st June 2019
Admin Review filled on 10 June 2019
Admin review success letter received on 4 July 2019

Interview on 31st July
Visa Approved on 17th September 2019
