Standard Visit Visa or Family of a Settled Person Visa?

Hi, apologies in advance if I have posted in the wrong place, I am new to Immigration Boards.

I am helping a friend (a British Citizen) call her mum from Bangladesh for a visit.

I am not sure if she would need a Standard Visit Visa or a Family of a settled person Visa.

Would someone be able to advise me of which one is best suited in this situation?
