If you have not paid for scanning service at UKCVAS, they won't do.

Any reason why you cannot scan and upload it yourself before tomorrow??

It is part of the service you select and pay for online.

You would have to phone them to find out if you can pay there but I doubt it.

Simply scan and upload them yourself. Then you know everything is done correctly.

Where is the appointment? Do you know if a fee was paid for it?

At the Sopra Steria in Croydon, they provide a phone number for you to call and pay for document scanning at the centre. Once you have paid, you will then have to queue and wait for another available agent to scan your documents and submit your application to UKVI.

Check on the Sopra Steria site that your chosen centre has the document scanning facility.

I share the sentiment. When the agent was scanning our documents at Sopra Steria, it was clear that a number were being fed through and not scanned.

Highlighting this to the agent, she said there was ‘no problem’ and to ‘trust’ her as she had been working there ‘for years’. However, the sheet count was 60 short of the actual, and despite highlighting this, they refused to check which had been missed.

Despite the above, we had a successful application, however.

So I too would encourage you to scan your documents yourself.

Other than the wait nothing else you can do. Depending on caseworker it can be ignored or picked as serious so nobody can predict that.
