Tier 2 ICT - Working remote-2 months (inc leaves)

Hi,

I'm currently on a Tier 2 ICT visa and due to a personal emergency, I've to work 2 months remotely from the home country. The client have agreed on this.

I've planned to work remotely for 30 days and will be on paid leave for 15 days.

I will still continue to receive the salary in my UK bank account, pay rent and the taxes/bills.

Prior to this I've only been away from the country for 15 days in 2 years.

Please advise if this is okay or is there any notification required to be provided to the home office?

For the period of stay outside the UK under the tier 2 guidelines. Is there any restriction with the number of days one can stay outside the country?

Its clear, your on Inter Company Transfer visa nothing to do if your inside or outside UK because your not eligible for ILR in future. Your employer is responsible of you, they will notify to HO. Looks your worrying too much
